Account responsibilities
Provide accurate details, keep contact information current and protect credentials and verification codes. You are responsible for authorized workspace users. Registering a mobile number neither transfers it nor gives the platform ownership of it.
Pricing and activation
Listed prices are annual in KWD. SIP packs and DID subscriptions are separate services. The order summary shows the payable amount and any discount. Activation requires verified payment and confirmed provisioning.
Calling and use
Free accounts and identities without an active DID are for internal calling within service limits. Subscriptions do not automatically include minutes or unlimited external calling. Do not rely on the service as your only means of emergency communication.
Changes and support
Material commercial changes are presented before affected orders or renewals. Support information and published policies form part of the service experience. This draft does not establish a specific uptime guarantee or compensation schedule.
