Start with a SIP identity tied to your verified phone, then add team accounts and DIDs as needed. Account packs grow your team while number subscriptions enable external calling for permitted identities. The services stay separate, so internal-only users do not need to buy a public number.
Choose a plan, verify your account, select a number and review the total before payment. After activation, manage SIP credentials, routing, renewal and notification preferences from your account. Free renewal is on request and wallet funds are not automatically debited without confirmation.
Platform identities are provisioned for TLS signaling and SRTP media, with scoped customer permissions and protected credentials. Transport protection follows the route and service endpoints used. Operational data required to deliver the service is processed according to the privacy policy.
