Add a separate DID subscription to receive external calls and route them to SIP identities you own. Outgoing use depends on the enabled service.
Choose a category at checkout
Annual subscriptions are 75 KWD for Standard, 150 KWD for Premium and 800 KWD for Gold. Inventory is private. Available numbers appear inside checkout after account verification.
Routing within your workspace
After activation is confirmed, the DID appears in your account. Route it to an eligible identity and manage permitted outgoing identities. Customer controls do not route numbers into another customer’s workspace.
Renewal and release
DID subscriptions are separate from SIP packs. Viewing a number does not guarantee later availability; inventory is checked when the order is created. Expired numbers have a three-month protection period before eligible release according to the source system.
